The Methasoft Purchase option allows the customer to purchase licenses of the Methasoft software.  This option offers a flexible purchase structure that lets the customer pick and choose what products and/or services they purchase from Netalytics.  Customers purchasing Methasoft have the flexibility to determine when and if they purchase software support and maintenance contracts, hardware, additional training, and software upgrades.

Software support may be purchased as a yearly contract.  The software support contract includes toll-free phone and electronic support, program fixes, and major and minor release updates.   Federal and State regulatory changes that require software updates are included as long as the customer’s support contract status is current. 

Training may be purchased on an as-needed basis.  Initial staff training is furnished with the initial purchase.  Netalytics provides two days of training as part of the initial software purchase price.  Additional training is available.

The turnkey solution is a complete hardware and software package.  Netalytics can put together a complete hardware quote for you and order, install, and set up all computers purchased through Netalytics.  Netalytics uses Dell Computers for all of the computers they provide.
